REFUNDS FOR PRODUCTS

It is really important to us that you are happy with our service and/or our products.
In the first instance, please do not hesitate to get in touch with us if you would like to discuss the service you have been or the product(s) you have received. We might be able to make some suggestions to help, if you are having trouble.

For any products that you purchase from us (excluding classes), if within 14 days of receiving your product(s) you are still not happy with them, you can return them us for a full refund (minus shipping costs). Please email us at [email protected] and we will give you the address to post them back to. All postage for any returns will be at your cost. Please make sure that any returns are well-packaged. We recommend using a tracked method of return delivery, as we are unable to accept responsibility for lost return parcels.

REFUNDS FOR CLASSES
For any dog training classes purchased via TreatMe, you will need to contact TreatMe directly to get a refund, they will then get in contact with us to approve the refund, once they have received our approval, your refund will be processed and paid to you via TreatMe. Please note that we are unable to contact TreatMe on your behalf to get a refund. Please note that if you purchase a TreatMe voucher and simply change your mind about doing the training with us, no refund will be given.

If you have booked and paid for training online, refunds will only be approved/processed if you contact us at least 48 hours prior to your course starting. Should you not show up to the classes you are booked into, no refund will be given. Please note, if one of the 5 classes is postponed, you will receive a text/email from the trainer with the details (and the class will be rescheduled), however, if you choose to not attend a class, unfortunately due to the trainers schedule, no make up class can be offered and no refund will be issued.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale or discounted items cannot be refunded.

DELIVERY POLICY FOR PRODUCTS
Postage is charged at a flat rate of $7.50 for packages sent anywhere in New Zealand. Orders placed over $50 retail value are posted free of shipping charges.

We cannot guarantee an exact delivery time, however we will do everything we can to have your package delivered within 7 working days. If for some reason there is a delay or if a product is temporarily out of stock you will be notified by phone or email to discuss if you would like to continue with the purchase.

If for some reason you need your order sooner than our standard postage time – contact us before placing your order and we will endeavour to accommodate your request.

ACCEPTED METHODS OF PAYMENT
All transactions will be billed in NZ dollars.
Pay securely using eWay for Mastercard & Visa card purchases or you can direct deposit into our bank account. Once payment has cleared into our account, your order will be packed and sent.
